Our main plant is located in the Trans Amadi Industrial Layout in PORT HARCOURT(Capital of Rivers State of Nigeria) on a plot of approx. 14 Acres (6 Hectares) with a covered area of nearly 100000 Sq. Ft. The facilities and equipment consist of:-

State of the Art fully Automatic Powder Coating facilities consisting of fully conveyorised pre-treatment plant, Electro static spray Booths and automatic Ovens. Alongside we also have dip painting facilities, Baking oven. The paint shop is also provided with a well-furnished Paint lab to ensure Quality and Finish of painting.

Each product range has a separate Assembly line with on line testing facilities and quality control.

All products are strictly tested 100% on line. Besides, we have also set up facilities for type testing of such products as Air conditioners, Fans, Fluorescent Fittings and Transformers etc. Quality control function has been made part of the operators’ responsibility to ensure their total involvement in Quality assurance.

To provide a focused approach to OIL FIELD SERVICES, we have created a separate division named as ‘NIGERIAN OIL FIELD & ALLIED SERVICES’ (NOAS).

NOAS is located in independent premises in the Trans Amadi Industrial area with a covered area of nearly 10000 Sq. ft. For details of the facilities available at NOAS, please refer to NOAS section of Products & Services section.

Lagos was Nigeria’s capital until recently and still continues to be commercial capital of the country. Our facilities at Lagos are located in the Ilupeju Industrial area in a covered area of approx. 15000 Sq. ft. The premises have facilities for assembly and testing of Fans, Air conditioners and Refrigerators based upon outsourced components or those supplied by Port Harcourt.

For effective marketing and distribution, the country has been devided into 3 zones i.e. East Zone, West Zone and North Zone.

Port Harcourt serves as the zonal head quarter for the Eastern zone, controlling marketing & Distribution in the Rivers, Bayelsa, Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Delta, Edo and Benue states of Nigeria. The branch at Enugu looks after Anambra, Enugu and Benue States.

Lagos serves as the Zonal head quarter for the West Zone and controls Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Oshun and Kwara States. The branch at Ibadan looks after Oyo & Oshun states while the branch at Ilorin takes care of Kwara State.

The Northern Zone has Four Branches located at Kano, Kaduna, Maiduguri and Abuja (The capital of Nigeria). Kano branch is responsible for marketing inKano, Katsina, Zamfara, Jigawa and Sokoto States. Kaduna branch looks after Kaduna and Pleatue states. Maiduguri branch covers Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, Yobe and Taraba States. Abuja branch covers the Federal Capital Territory and Niger, Nassarawa and Koggi states.

All branches are equipped with communication, transportation and storage facilities. Distributors and dealers are located in all parts of Nigeria and are treated as partners in progress.

We have lately commenced exports to our neighbouring countries, where our products have received enthusiastic response.

We have also been granted the ECOWAS (Economic community of West African States) certification in recognition of our manufacturing & technical facilities. This will provide preferential tariff treatment to our Products, when imported into the member Countries of ECOWAS.
